Drop Box – Its Just Great!
I’ve been using Drop Box on and off for just under a year now. For those of you that have never heard of it, Drop Box is software that syncs your files online and across your computers – Best of all you can get started with 2GB of storage for free!

Clean up your Desktop – Presentation Preparation
Its not all that often that I have to give a real formal presentation, and its even less often that I need to use my computer to do so. But the reality is I’ve got a presentation coming up this Friday.
I know the majority of mac users out there (myself included) love having a clean and empty desktop. If it were up to me I’d only ever have a shortcut to my hard drive and another to my server, but its not always the most efficient to have files or projects your working on, buried deep in some folder. Which brings me to my next point, my desktop can get really messy from time to time. With my presentation this Friday I don’t think a scrambled desktop gives the most professional impression.
